Italian Relief Corps of the Order of Malta, for over 50 years, has been standing by people affected by poverty, disease, conflict, and disaster – to help them to lead a healthy life with dignity. Christian values and the humanitarian principles are the foundation of its work. As part of the Civil Protection functions, operates in the following activities: interventions in the event of natural disasters, at national and international level; interventions in case of regional and local emergencies; support for emergency activities and health urgency;interventions related to the organization of major events and for maxi-emergencies; activities in collaboration with institutions and institutions; training and information for citizens.
