Apordoc - Associacao Pelo Documentario

Apordoc - Association for Documentary, founded in 1998, is a non-profit cultural association whose main objectives are to support, promote and stimulate interest in documentary cinema.

Its members are filmmakers, producers, teachers, researchers, programmers and spectators. Throughout its 17 years of existence, the Association has been the driving force behind a process that has defined a strong and stable territory for the documentary in Portugal. We see the documentary in its plurality, not fit within a limited definition and with a multiplicity of resistance and a desire for coexistence.
