Cluster Consulting is the consulting reference in Latin America working with clusters, value chains, sectors and innovation systems. It was established in 2010 in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil.

The founder and main partner is Carlos Tarrasón, an expert in Brazilian politics and economics with extensive experience working with clusters in Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Dominican Republic and Spain. He participates actively in the debate and the design of micro economic policy supporting the development of the states in Brazil.

The company has a multidisciplinary team and a large number of national and international consultants and collaborators.

In April 2018 the company's Peruvian subsidiary was established in Lima to provide permanent support to the national government and regions in the process of economic development.
