Per Formare is a training and employment services agency established in 1992, it is authorized by the Ministry of Labor as an intermediary agency accredited by the Lazio Region for Higher Training, Continuing Training and Orientation activities and as a job agency with Mandatory Reception Services and first information and specialist services as well as being authorized by the Region itself to carry out the function of Promoting Body of Traineeships. 

Per Formare studies, elaborates, validates and applies methodologies and tools for the development of Human Resources and organizational change, and for innovation with regard to companies and especially individuals. Per Formare considers Orientation and Training as decisive tools for the growth of Human Resources in the broader framework of active labor policies and it is important to harmonize these tools with the professional needs of companies, through the continuous study of the organizational and technological changes on which the socio-economic development of the territory is hinged.
