Caverion Deutschland GmbH (former YIT Germany)

The Caverion Group was created in the course of the spin-off of the areas of building technology and industrial services from the Finnish YIT Group in 2013. In Germany, the entire YIT Germany became Caverion Deutschland GmbH.

To this end, we plan and set up technical building systems and take on service and maintenance. We cover the entire life cycle of a building - whether office complex, industrial plant, airport, hospital or convention center.

Buildings as part of the environment
Our focus is not only on the perfect interaction of all trades within a building complex. We always see buildings as part of the environment in which they are located. The careful use of natural resources is therefore one of our top priorities, and we see digital networking, including the analysis and use of building data, as a suitable way.
