iLi Consulting Engineers Mekong Ltd is an affiliated company of INROS LACKNER SE of Germnay and was founded in 2002. iLi Consult has been operating under the brand name INROS LACKNER CAMBODIA since 2016.

Our main field of activity is the construction sector of Cambodia in which we have successfully been rendering engineering services to public and private clients.

iLi Consult’s core field of activity is the building and infrastructure sector where we have successfully render civil and structural engineering services to public and private clients for the last ten years.

Our references include roads and bridges, irrigation schemes, water supply and drainage systems, factories, office buildings, hospitals, health centres, schools, banks, hotels, restaurants and embassies.

Services offered by iLi Consult cover all project stages of engineering projects starting from project identification, feasibility studies, design development, preparation of tender documents, construction supervisions and contract management. iLi Consult provides as well a range of specialized services like topographic and hydrographic surveys, assessment of building structures, geotechnical investigations and quality assurance for deep foundations.

iLi Consult is a civil & structural engineering firm based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Together with our partners, the INROS LACKNER AG and iproplan Planungsgesellschaft mbH we have rendered architectural and engineering design services for a wide range of building and infrastructure projects in the Mekong region for the last decade.

We currently have a team of 35 engineers from Cambodia, Europe and America. The combination international know-how and local expertise puts us in the position to develop appropriate, cost-efficient solutions for our clients. At the same time our clients and partners profit from our inside knowledge and commitment to the Cambodian society.
