To unite the leaders, employees and educators of the Latvian vocational education institutions, vocational education institutions, and solve problems related to education and youth education;
promote artistic activities, sports and other social activities between educational institutions;
addressing the issue of the development of professional education and the effective use of educational resources;help educational institutions to introduce new specialties;
promote the introduction of new education programs;
participate in the development of regulatory and financial documents;
coordinate the methodological work of the training;
provide social protection for vocational education and training students;
to cooperate with all organizations interested in the development of educational work in Latvia;
