About
Jürgen Bischoff and Alexander Maculan founded Bischoff & Compagnons Property Networks GmbH as a Berlin based property development and investment company in 1996.
Three years later sister companies were established in Vienna and Budapest and Richard Teichmann joined the partnership. He built structures and teams for new markets in Central Eastern Europe. In 2003 a separate company was set up in Slovakia – projects were also developed in Poland, Ukraine and Croatia.
In February 2019 Jürgen Bischoff retired from all active positions in CEE, continiung as head of the company´s advisory board, where he is joined by Dr. Maculan (Maculan Holdings) and Dr. Otto (Otto Immobilien – Knight Frank Vienna). At the same time the company was renamed to Teichmann & Compagnons Property Networks GmbH and will further focus on Green buildings and Urban districts development.
