Founded in 1998, UCAS is a Palestinian academic institution of higher education in Gaza Strip that offers bachelor and diploma degrees in more than 80 distinguished technically and vocationaly oriented programs. Accredited by the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education as a University College, and working with top-level institutions, our teaching and research meet the highest local and international standards. Focusing on applied and vocational education, we aim at increasing and promoting knowledge, and serving the Palestinian community in particular. As considered one of the fastest rising universities in Palestine, we aspire to become the leading university college internationally providing the society with highly-motivated and skillful generations thus participating in building a modernized state.
UCAS has a start-up incubator that supports entrepreneurs in the Gaza Strip. It is a non-profit incubator that is 100% donor-funded with the aim of helping aspiring entrepreneurs turn their ideas into successful businesses.
