Versus Arthritis

Versus Arthritis is the result of the merger of two of the UK’s largest arthritis charities – Arthritis Research UK and Arthritis Care. Our charity has been created to demand and deliver better for over 10 million people living with arthritis and related conditions in the UK.

Our merger took place in November 2017, when we realised could have a bigger impact by combining our strengths. Versus Arthritis will now work tirelessly to defy arthritis and help people live better with the condition through all means possible.

From researching new treatments and cures, to the delivery of ongoing care, support and advice as well as campaigning to change perceptions of the condition in society – we won’t stop until no-one has to tolerate the pain, fatigue and isolation of arthritis.
