Bulgarian Sports Federation for Children and Youth at Risk/ Bŭlgarska sportna federatsiya za detsa i mladezhi v risk

Bulgarian Sports Federation for Children and Youth at Risk works actively to organize the sports life of graduates of homes for children deprived of parental care. It is a non-profit association created to carry out activities for the public benefit and is the only sports organization of its kind that received a License from the State Agency for Child Protection to provide social services for children.

The federation is multi-sport and aims to develop, support, popularize and create conditions for sports and physical activity for children and youth deprived of parental care. Because sport provides an opportunity to unite children from different backgrounds, as well as giving them a chance to prove themselves in a field where every individual is important. In this way, many useful qualities are developed and children are really integrated into life outside the home, so some of them get another chance - to become professional athletes.
