Centre of Policy and Legal Reform NGO

CPLR is a non-governmental, non-profit organization, which is working on the national level. The central office is located in Kyiv. The organization also has a regional department in Lviv (Western Ukraine).The mission of CPLR is to promote institutional organization of Ukraine as the state which ensures human rights and is responsible to the citizens. Although CPLR isn’t classical human rights organization, exactly the value of human rights defines the nature and purpose of the organization.
