Servmar was born in 1986 in the municipality of Cubatão, in São Paulo, with the provision of equipment maintenance and installation services for Petrobras Distribuidora, through HC Comércio e Serviços. In a pioneering way, in 1996 we began work on the Management of Contaminated Areas, at a time when there were few companies operating in Brazil in this sector.

Since 2003, Servmar has its headquarters established in the city of São Paulo, capital of the State. As of 2010, Servmar expanded its portfolio and began to operate in the facilities and engineering and construction areas. In 2012, building maintenance contracts led the company to open a unit in Macaé, in the State of Rio de Janeiro.

In 2014, Servmar started executing Dedicated Standby contracts for Petrobras and today operates around 90% of its standby stations.

Today, after being 100% acquired by the Oceanpact Group in early 2018, Servmar has expanded its service capacity to all states in the five regions of Brazil and Latin America. In addition to being part of a group composed of five companies operating in the national and international market.
