There are some international cooperation projects with Morocco and Mali to prevent the arrival of undocumented minors (AVAR). These are programs for the prevention of school dropouts,
with a contribution of 20 euros per month, apprenticeship training programs, comparable to Vocational Training in different trades, and business creation programs.The future observatory
must address the needs of the refugee community. One should not aspire only to the coordination entities, but rather the group should be oriented.
