The Pan-African Institute for Central African Development (IPD-AC) is a sub-regional institution created in 1965. It belongs to the network of the International Association "Pan-African Institute for Development" (IPD) made up of a General Secretariat (IPD) -SG) based in Douala, Cameroon and four more regional institutes.
IPD-AC's intervention area covers thirteen countries of Central Africa: Angola; Burundi; Cameroon; Central African Republic; Gabon; Equatorial Guinea ; Comoros Islands; Madagascar; Democratic Republic of Congo ; People's Republic of Congo; Rwanda; Sao Tome and Principe and Chad.
The mission of the IPD-AC is to support the development efforts of African countries by building the capacities of development executives and institutions through the activities of:
