CONSULGAL, S.A. is a Portuguese Company providing Engineering and Project Management services of excellence. CONSULGAL has subsidiaries in Brazil, Macao, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Cape Verde, Mozambique, Angola, Libya and Peru, and has carried out projects in several other international markets, namely Poland, Turkey, Cyprus, São Tomé e Principe, Algeria, among others. CONSULGAL intends to strengthen its international activity, providing services in any country in the World, with particular focus in Africa, South America, Eastern Europe and the Caucasus.

CONSULGAL has been involved in Framework contracts since 2005, currently being involved in such contracts financed by the European Commission, EBRD (as consortium leader) and EIB.

Since 2000, CONSULGAL has been also developing R&D&I projects, funded by the various EU programmes, mainly acting as industry demonstrator for Construction. The company participated in FITMAN - Future Internet Technologies for Manufacturing (funded under FP7), vf-OS - Virtual Factory Opertaing Systems and is currently involved in ZDMP - Zero Defects Manufacturing Platform (the last two under Horizon 2020), to name but a few.
