Includovate Ethiopia

Includovate was founded to respond to the poor quality of data available on gender norms and social exclusion practices. Since then, we have provided programme and research expertise to development organisations across the globe, with a determination to decolonise the sector, and  bolster inclusion across  communities and regions of the Global South. 

Inclusion is central to every component of our work, and throughout our journey we have accessed many different workplaces in many different organisations. While most of our clients are grassroots, non-profit organisations, our expertise and experience as a social enterprise with cross-sectoral, cross-regional knowledge leaves us uniquely positioned to expand our support services – including DEI – to businesses, corporations and other private sector companies striving to foster  inclusion.
