ASMATEC is a non-profit association, founded by academic researchers in the discipline of construction sciences and its fields of interest. The main objective of the founders is to contribute to the development of construction sciences through educational and material support for researchers who are members of the association.

The research axes of the construction sciences involve several disciplines, necessary for the understanding of the phenomena implemented in this field. The number of stakeholders in society, in any construction process, is very high and the university must fully play its role in this sector. The promotion of the University-Industry relationship through research and training is an imposing process for the sustainable development of society. The impact of such an approach is inevitably the improvement of the economic development indicators of the countries.
