4Form, Legacoop's National Training Body , is a Consortium that was born in July 2015 with the aim of giving an effective, innovative and personalized response to the growing need of companies to strategically recognize, plan and develop people's skills and of organizations in line with the company's vision and objectives.
Through the consortium members, it expresses specialist and multi-sectoral skills and consolidated partnerships both territorial and with the training, research and university, labor system.
The Consortium also collaborates with the Pico Foundation , the Digital Innovation Hub of the cooperative world.
