Positive Action for Development

Positive Action for Development (PAD) is a non-governmental, non-profit, and secular Ethiopian Civil Society Organization, legally registered under registration number 2330. PAD envisions a community where poverty is eradicated, and people live with dignity and security. PAD's mission is to foster hope, save lives, combat poverty, and achieve social justice through sustainable development initiatives. 

PAD's work spans several thematic areas, including emergency humanitarian support, agriculture, health and nutrition, combating gender-based violence, child and youth development, support for migrant returnees, green livelihood development, democratization, human rights and peacebuilding, livelihood promotion and economic development, integrated support for people living on the streets, community mental health, and the rehabilitation and reintegration of trafficking returnees.
