It was the end of the fifties, when Aldo Calore went to work in one of the most important Italian roasting companies. More than a profession, he exercises a deep passion that leads him to improve his coffee processing skills and production processes. He soon became a point of reference for those who already worked coffee, contributing to the birth of many roasting companies.
It was time to open your own.

Having moved to southern Lazio for some years, the decisive meeting takes place with Franco Arduini and Giovanni Minotti, two enthusiasts who already worked in the sector.

It is a decisive moment in their history: CAFFÈ ICAF
was born , it was 1975 .

They work between the scent of the beans and know how to recognize their degree of roasting from the color, they select the origins with love and competence. These were intense years and they felt a significant ambition maturing. They specialize, supply the best products to coffee shops, take care of the substance and at the same time the form.

Blends are born that are masterpieces.

It is a success, of those that stand the test of time, the great demand commits them and the satisfaction of the customers involves them in a new mission: to spread the quality of their blends in the world, to communicate their coffee experience.

Today, Giovanni, Massimo and Stefano are at the helm of an innovative and at the same time traditional reality, dedicated to guaranteeing the quality of a product in the various forms of commerce and communication.
