Mikro Maliyye MMC Non-Ba nk Lending Organization

Mikro Maliyye MMC Non-Bank Lending Organization (“the Company”) estab lished and registered by Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan on December 10, 2003 then licensed by National Bank of Azerbaijan under Azerbaijan laws on August 6, 2004. The Company was awarded with a contract for Implem entation of the first phase of the Development of Financial Services Sub-component of the “Rural Deve lopment Programme for Mountainous and Highland Areas in Azerbaijan” (“the Programme”) which covers period from May 15, 2004 to September 31, 2008, by The Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic and Agency for Support to the Development of Agri cultural Private Sector (“the Government”). The Programme is going to be im plemented in compliance with the financing contract between International Fund for Agricu ltural Development (“IFAD”).
