ESL Sole Co., Ltd (ESL) was established in 1997, formerly known as Earth Systems Lao which was partnership with Earth Systems Australia. ESL became a wholly owned Lao company in 2012. Since established, ESL has completed more than 100 Projects throughout Lao PDR.

ESL provides consulting, training, research, and project management services in the environmental and social disciplines.
