Veneto Lavoro

Veneto Lavoro was established under Article 8 of Regional Law n. 31/1998 and is governed by Articles 13 to 19 (Chapter IV) of Regional Law n. 3/2009 "Provisions on employment and the labor market".

The founding law qualifies it as an instrumental body of the Region, with legal personality under public law, with organizational, administrative, accounting and patrimonial autonomy. The law n. 3/2009, which regulates its functions and organizational structure, reinforces its role as support for labor policies, in compliance with the regional planning and the guidelines of the Regional Council and in close coordination with the services for the work.

The 2015 Extraordinary Work Plan (DGR N.584 / 2015) provides for the direct involvement of Veneto Lavoro in the management of the public and private services network, in the implementation of information systems and in the evaluation of public policies.
