Progetto Tenda (Coop.Soc.Progetto Tenda Onlus)

Progetto Tenda is a cooperative founded in 1999 by a group of social workers.
We work every day to welcome people in difficulty and spread the culture of listening and solidarity.
We support the inclusion in our territory of asylum seekers and holders of international protection, accompanying them on the path towards autonomy and preventing marginalization and conflict.

We believe that understanding diversity, rather than integration into a predefined cultural model, is the key to achieving our goal: a more peaceful, more open and fairer society, in which equal rights are guaranteed for all.

With this precise goal, in recent years we have expanded our target to an increasing number of people, opening a family center and housing and more recently taking over the Gelateria Popolare + in San Salvario , with the aim of offering work to more and more people leaving social integration paths.
