Established in 2009, TEAM for Training & Development has been a service provider to the Public, Private, and CSO sectors since then.

We have been dedicated to improving organizations; however, they are National / Multinational companies, the Public sector, the Private sector, or CSO, all of which we treat as strategic success partners. Our goal is to provide training and consulting solutions that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our clients. All of our programs focus on putting the right competencies that target employee performance gaps, and our consultative training approach assists companies in achieving their strategic objectives. Team Company focuses on providing tailor-made solutions to its client and understands that each customer is unique. We only assign competent practitioners to our clients who have the required practical training or consulting experience. For over a decade, we have trained over 7000 delegates across various sectors, such as Oil & Gas, Banking, Aviation, Telecommunication, Insurance, and Governmental Organizations in the Middle East. Experience with International Development Aid Organizations

We had great success stories with leading NGOs and UN-related organizations in Libya, implementing 26 projects with a 100% customer satisfaction rate. We operate in the following 6 fields:

• Municipality Development and Decentralization

We work closely with international development aid organizations to provide technical and managerial assistance to Municipalities and support the decentralization process.

Major achievements

As implementing partners to GIZ and Help Code Italy, we provided capacity-building services to 30 Municipalities in the fields of Project Cycle Management, Logical Framework Approach, Organization Development, Emergency Response, and development of Primary Health care Centers.

• Economic Development

We support Entrepreneurs who operate in micro, small, or medium enterprises by engaging with our partners in business incubators and accelerators. We also provide technical assistance to the chamber of commerce and labor rehabilitation offices to raise their capacity to serve the private sector better. We assist in raising employability through developing the TVET sector, reducing unemployment, and contributing to the overall economic welfare.

Major achievements

As implementing partners to IOM and ACTED, we supported business incubators through capacity building for Entrepreneurs, the chamber of commerce, and labor rehabilitation offices. We also provided mapping of TVET centers in the southern region and developed several curriculums following a job market assessment. 

• Strengthening CSOs

This is a fundamental part of our work, we are fully dedicated to developing the CSOs sector, and we provide organizational and capacity development to enable the sustainability of CSOs

Major achievements

As an implementing partner to ACTED, UNDP, and IOM, we provided multiple capacity-building programs in gender mainstreaming, Child Protection, PSS, Fundraising, Financial Management, Dealing with Vulnerable populations, and much more; we also conducted a Mapping study of CSOs in Libya.

• Youth Empowerment and inclusion

We are fully committed to Youth and strongly believe in building a betterer tomorrow through investment in human capital as the most valuable asset.

We provided a Youth empowerment program with IOM in the southern region of Libya, and delivered capacity building programs to many Libyan Youth in cooperation with ACTED in the east, west and south.

• Education

We strive to apply best practices to all activities and resources that serve children, youth, and adults. Focusing first on the most vulnerable population and particularly children affected by war, we develop educational resources and processes that are flexible, evidence-based, and integrate multiple methods and modalities. We equip teachers with the tools and methodologies necessary to better deal with children affected by war.

Major achievements

In collaboration with ACTED, we worked for two years on the project restoring access to safe and quality education and supporting evidence-based and coordinated humanitarian assistance in Libya.
