Rebuilding Together Montgomery County (RTMC)

Montgomery County is a diverse community and RTMC will continually reflect that. RTMC is committed to ensuring that principles of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion govern its actions and policies. RTMC will continuously assess its policies, plans and procedures, as well as board and staff composition to ensure that they are inclusive. The staff and board shall promote a culture that demonstrates practices of diversity for board, staff and volunteers and program participants. RTMC shall engage, communicate, and budget for improved mechanisms of enhancing its DEI efforts in staffing, board membership, and community outreach. RTMC shall evaluate its progress on DEI annually.
