CCIR - Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de Rouen / Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Rouen

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Rouen was one of the seven Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the department of Seine-Maritime . It had its headquarters in Rouen , at the Palais des Consuls , quai de la Bourse and it had four branches in Yvetot , Saint-Valery-en-Caux , Neufchâtel-en-Bray and Gournay-en-Bray . It was dissolved on January 1 , 2016 by decree no . 2015-1643 of theDecember 11, 2015establishing the Seine-Mer Normandie territorial chamber of commerce and industry and bringing together the districts of the territorial CCIs of Dieppe, Elbeuf and Rouen.
