Cerege - European Centre Research and Teaching in Geosciences de L'envi

The CEREGE, Center for Research and Education in Environmental Geosciences, brings together around 130 permanent staff (45 Teacher-Researchers, 40 Researchers and 45 Engineers, Technicians or Administrative staff), 110 non-permanent staff including 60 doctoral students.It is a Joint Research Unit (UM 34) overseen by Aix-Marseille University (AMU), CNRS (UMR7330), IRD (UMR 161), College de France and INRA. Its premises are located in the Technopôle Environnement Arbois Méditerranée, Petit Plateau de l'Arbois (Aix-en-Provence, Les Milles) and in the Center St Charles in Marseille.Through its theoretical, methodological and technological approaches, the CEREGE is a place of strong interdisciplinarity.
