The group was created in 2007 by Viktor Pinchuk. EastOne provides a wide range of services to the assets it advises: development and implementation of portfolio strategy, industry expertise, long-term business planning, support of M&A agreements and capital markets transactions, risk management and operational efficiency. The group also provides consulting in the field of corporate responsibility, social innovation and charitable activities.
