Institute for Vietnam Initiatives (IVI)

Vietnam Initiative (VNi) is a global network for research and training in development policy for Vietnam. 

In terms of training, IVI has programs to foster and improve the capacity of potential cadres to prepare for leadership positions in Vietnam. The Vietnam Leads project is an ongoing project of IVI in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Indiana University, and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Our latest project is Partnership for Higher Education Reform (PHER), which features partners such as the Vietnam National University Hanoi, Vietnam National University HCMC, Danang University, Indiana University, and the USAID.
