About
A research and consulting firm created in 1994, Gidef relies on a multidisciplinary team - occupational psychologists, engineers, ergonomists, sociologists, linguists - with a national intervention capacity. Our partnership with public services, companies, our links with university research in the field of human resources allow us to broaden and enrich our interventions by adapting to the constantly changing needs of our clients and partners. For 20 years, Gidef has provided professional reclassification support services for employees or job seekers. Individually or collectively, our approach is based on an educational and dynamic approach that aims both at the transmission and acquisition of an approach and its implementation. Gidef also intervenes at the level of engineering, animation and evaluation of reclassification programs for audiences following an economic layoff, Gidef is authorized to carry out skills assessments by the main Opacif. Gidef offers proven experience in setting up training needs observatories on a territorial scale. The methodology is based on the development of a training needs map based on individual diagnostic services. Our Studies department is involved in various areas of social and economic life, including employment issues, training, access to rights, and equal opportunities. Our intervention is upstream of a dynamic and anticipated change process. It constitutes real decision-making support for private or public organizations that request us. These pre-operational, prospective studies or territorial diagnoses make it possible to take a snapshot of the existing situation and determine the factors of change, their impact on the environment and the needs that arise from them.
