Logistics Planning Consultants (LPC) was founded in 1984 by Robert Williams FCILT. Early projects entailed the re-engineering of existing facilities to total distribution network designs and design of new National and Regional Distribution Centres in the FMCG grocery sector.These initial projects also encompassed the conceptual building designs, master planning and the procurement, implementation and commissioning of all the required materials handling and associated equipment.Through the following years LPC has supported clients from SME’S to major corporations in most business sectors in the UK. Our diversity of experience ranges from manufacturing, retail, ecommerce, FMCG, public sector, automotive, aerospace, clothing and footwear to name a few.

We are proud of our reputation in delivering sound, logical best practice solutions tailored to the client’s individual requirements. Our reputation has opened opportunities for LPC to provide logistical solutions for clients from North America to South America, in the Middle East to Africa and Europe.

In 2007, LPC underwent an internal management buyout and is now led by three directors to become Logistics Planning Consultants International (LPCI). The directors have been involved in the business for over 20 years each.

Our consultants are specialists in their areas of expertise covering all aspects of Supply Chain consulting with all projects managed in house.

Many projects we undertake are from “Concept to Completion”. We have successfully designed over three million square metres of facilities and have partnered with over four hundred clients delivering one thousand plus projects.
