Pryatnashil Samudayik Bikash Samaj - Prayatnashil Community Development Society (PRAYAS Nepal)

Prayashil Community Development Society (PRAYASH-Nepal) Dhading is a non-governmental, non-profit, non-religious, service-oriented social organization. It was established in the year 1958 under the Organization Registration Act 2034. This organization has been giving high priority to conducting programs such as non-formal education, health, community development, sanitation, income generation programs, environmental protection, social justice, rights-oriented concepts, debates on public concerns, and social mobilization in rural communities.

Since 1959, this organization, which has been affiliated to the Social Welfare Council, has been expanding its programs in the field of community development by collaborating and partnering with various governmental and non-governmental organizations. While conducting its programs, gaining positive learning and encouraging, in coordination and cooperation with various partner organizations and local village government bodies, for community development, this organization has been conducting activities such as informal and formal education, health and sanitation, income-generating skills development capacity enhancement for poor Dalit tribes women and children and backward communities.
