Finnish Overseas Consultants (FinnOC) is an international development consulting company founded in 2006. For over a decade in the industry, we have accumulated strong expertise in various sectors, including roads and transport, energy, and community development. We provide professional consulting services to projects funded by the large financing institutions, our clientele consisting of various governments, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, African Development Bank, and others.

We have widespread international experience ranging from the Pacific and Asia to Africa, the Caribbean and beyond. We have regional offices in Papua New Guinea, Kazakhstan, St. Lucia and Mozambique, while our headquarters are based in Finland. We employ a network of highly experienced experts from a variety of backgrounds, including civil engineers, environmentalists, social experts, and development specialists.
