Humanitarian Assistance Society - HAS

Humanitarian Assistance Society (HAS) is a non-profit, non-political, non-partisan, and non-governmental organization. HAS works to undertake, support and sustain humanity’s and Afghans’ struggle against poverty and social injustice through the provision of immediate relief and self-sustaining development, health, hygiene and nutrition, good governance, capacity building, social justice, awareness raising, advocacy, networking, and rights promotion and protection programs. HAS has been helping Afghan communities and the most vulnerable since 2002 through launching different interventions in more than 30 provinces of Afghanistan.
