About

The Goethe-Institut Ukraine has set itself the following goals:

To act as a mediator and co-designer of the German-Ukrainian cultural and educational dialogue
To arouse and maintain sympathy for and interest in Germany
to provide information about Germany
To promote the learning of the German language in Ukraine
To promote dialogue between Europe and Eastern European cultures

The focal points of cultural work are encounters between Ukrainian and German artists and intellectuals, the presentation of contemporary German culture and the promotion of German-Ukrainian cooperation in the cultural field.
