Community Development Group, (CDG) emerged in 1978 as a unique Architectural / Engineering and Project/Construction Management Consulting firm. Its USA graduate founders; Jamal F. Araj and Rabih M. Masri, introduced exceptional technical and managerial skills and techniques that captured the attention of main clients.

CDG evolved from an owner operated entity to a multi disciplinary firm with key associates. Its staff grew to almost 100 engineers, architects, project & constructing managers and administrators. CDG is currently a leading AE/ PMC firm classified as a Class A Grade 1 in the fields of:
