POSC Caesar

POSC Caesar Association (PCA) is a non-profit global-standardization member organization promoting the development of open, standards-based specifications enabling the interoperability between systems and players in the process and energy industry.

We are committed to maintain and enhance ISO 15926 “Integration of life-cycle data for process plants including oil and gas production facilities”, a standard for representation of industrial information.

What we do
We develop, manage, and provide access to standard digital vocabularies (Reference Data/ontologies), built according to ISO 15926, including reference data ontologies in W3C’s Web Ontology Language OWL 2 and compliant with an industrial top level ontology, enabling fully machine-readable information and automatic reasoning.
