Malan Ideal Impact

Malan Ideal Impact (MII) is a research and MEL services consultancy initially founded in 2019. Malan re-registered itself with Afghanistan’s Ministry of Industry and Commerce in 2023.

We are a professional consultancy with in-depth expertise, capabilities and experience in research, monitoring, evaluation and learning. Our difference is that our work is grounded in Afghanistan’s context, with over one and half a decade of experience with international organizations and the government of Afghanistan. Our founders are well-known and respected among the Afghan development and M&E community. Their past clients include USAID, DFAT, World Bank, UN agencies, and other international NGOs.
