Being an active partner of the government of the Republic of Mali as a strong and effective organization working to achieve significant and measurable health of poor and / or vulnerable improvement. Thus, PSI / Mali aspires to Mali in which the poor and vulnerable have the ability and the opportunity to take control of their health and access equally to products, services and quality information for the significant reduction of disease priority in Mali.

Contribute efficient, sustainable and measurable efforts of the government of the Republic of Mali to improve the health of poor and / or vulnerable principally through social marketing of health products and services, communication for change behavior and active partnership with government, the private sector and other stakeholders in the field of health in Mali.
