Goals
1. Establish industry standards, enhance professional development, foster collaboration, advocate for industry interests, promote financial inclusion, and support socio-economic growth. Establishment of Industry Standards: Develop and promote industry standards and best practices for wealth management professionals and institutions operating in Africa. AWMA aims to set industry standards and best practices to ensure professionalism and consistency in wealth management services across Africa. The development of comprehensive industry standards and codes of conduct will help guide the practice of wealth management professionals in Africa.
2. Professional Development: Enhance the skills, knowledge, and expertise of wealth management practitioners through education, training, and professional development initiatives. AWMA seeks to promote the continuous professional development of wealth management professionals through training, certifications, and mentorship programs. The Professional Development Programs: Deliver training programs, certification courses, and continuing education opportunities to enhance the professional development of wealth management practitioners.
