Research Evaluation and Development Initiative-READI is the renamed

Organization of Prodip Shikha Shangstha-PSS. PSS starts its activities in 1998 at Baniarchar Village under Muksudpur upazila of Gopalgonj district in Bangladesh. Up to 2014, PSS Implements different types of projects including Human rights, HHN, Education, Agriculture, Micro-credit and Income generation. As an acute need, the policy makers of PSS changed its Registered name as READI with the new vision, mission, policies, long term strategic plan and Qualified experienced, skilled and efficient management system. Now it has been working to Promote and protect the condition and position of its target beneficiaries in different parts of The country in collaboration with govt. and donor agencies. Besides its research and Development works, READI established a social business enterprise that is Decent Job and Training Institute (DJTI). READI established 06 Training and Research Centers in different Districts of the country including Gazipur, Mymensingh, Jamalpur, Kurigram, Sherpur through DJTI.
