Golden Lotus(Shwe Kyar)Sex Workers Led Organization to empower female sex workers and girls in Myanmar by enhancing their leadership skills and fostering collaboration among key stakeholders, including community leaders , employers, and service providers. Through capacity-building, resource mobilization, and awareness-raising, the project seeks to reduce violence and improve emergency responses in conflict-affected areas. By providing technical support, training, and promoting inclusive partnerships, the project will enable these women to overcome hazardous situations, minimize risks, and advocate for their rights and safety, ultimately advancing gender equality and peacebuilding efforts in the region.
