Instituto Jo Clemente (IJC)

The Jô Clemente Institute (IJC) is a non-profit civil society organization. For 63 years, our role has been to mobilize, include, carry out, and achieve.

Our purpose is to promote the autonomy and inclusion of people with Intellectual Disabilities, Rare Diseases, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We support social inclusion, advocate for their rights, and produce and disseminate knowledge.

We work from birth to the aging process, fostering the development of skills and potential that favor education and supported employment, in addition to offering legal advice to families regarding the rights of people with Intellectual Disabilities.
