Godly World International Centre

Godly World International Center (GOWIC), is a non profit non governmental organization which was incorporated under the Companies Act, 1963 (Act 179)on 19th day of November 2015.

We are located in the Upper East Region of Ghana and we are conscious of the problems of hunger, poor health, behavioral change, malnutrition, unemployment, low incomes, high illiteracy rate and environmental degradation and the state of poverty and harsh living conditions within which our communities strive.

Aware of our potentials and need for community base development programs; desirous of serving our communities through locally established development oriented groups, societies and clubs; conscious of our need to mobilize, train and maintain, integrate good moral and ethical values, co-ordinate our activities at the rural communities and having resolved to establish a local non-governmental organization in the upper east region to realize our aims and objectives.

OUR MISSION

To facilitate through various means, the development of a dynamic and informed communities both local and international, influence policies and programmes at all levels of development, to develop creative programmes that educates, inspire, and nurture the youth with moral and professional outlook to become responsible leaders to their families and community.

To be a dynamic leading global network creating sustainable solutions to a better, safer, and healthier life for people in our local communities, the nation and the world at large. We strive to provide equal opportunities that empower young people to create positive change, with a relentlessness pursuit of promoting and building a GODLY society.
