Bridging Social Inclusion Gaps Initiative

Mrs Tina Chidi is the Founder and Executive Director of Building Social Inclusion Gaps Initiative (BISIGI Africa), a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) focused on providing opportunities for the most underserved, excluded and hardest-to-reach, especially young girls and women, changing their fortunes as a result.

A committed community development practitioner, Mrs Chidi has been steering a wide array of programmes catering to a diverse community. Programmes on education, health, environment, peace, entrepreneurship, technology, among others, are being carefully crafted and directed by her to target women, young girls, rural dwellers, internally displaced persons (IDPs), persons living with disabilities (PLWD), and small business owners.

Through trainings, economic empowerment, scholarships, community engagement, enlightenment campaigns, incubator and accelerator schemes, she has been driving strategic interventions across diverse communities in Nigeria.
