We are the Western Australian Government's land and development agency. We work to realise the potential of land and infrastructure developments for all Western Australians. Across the State we develop land for living and land for working to create places to build our social and economic prosperity.

We have an integrated approach to land and infrastructure development and we operate across the city, outer metropolitan area and throughout regional Western Australia.

We create new communities, deliver infill developments and ensure land is available to create and grow economic and employment opportunities in a planned and sustainable way in support of the State Government's Perth and Peel@3.5million planning policies.

Our multi-disciplinary team brings a range of experience to each project – from planning to landscaping, architecture to civil works – and works in conjunction with external partners. Our graduate employment program ensures we benefit from bright new talent and we continually invest in our staff to ensure we deliver the best outcomes in our work.

And as the State's land and development agency we recognise our ability to engage with Western Australia's civil contracting industry to provide training and employment opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
