Forum 50%, ops

The 50% Forum is a non-profit organization that promotes balanced representation of women and men in politics and decision-making positions . Although women make up over 50% of the population, their representation in politics is on average only 20% and even less in management positions. We want decision-making processes to be more balanced and include the views and experiences of both men and women.

We are a watchdog and think tank organization . We bring new visions, approaches and suggestions that we can help to put into practice. We motivate women to join politics, support active politicians and women in leadership positions, work with political parties and other actors on concrete measures. Our main principle is supranationality.
