House of Training

The House of Training intends to become the preferred partner for the Luxembourg economy in continuing vocational training. His miss ions were clearly defined with respect to all of its target audiences:
• Supporting companies in the consolidation, development and advance the knowledge and skills of their employees in view of a continuous strengthening of competitiveness
• Ask specific continuous professional training actions to support them in their personal and professional development and encourage entrepreneurship
• Work with partners actors (federations, professional associations, public institutions, ...) to skills to be a platform offering certified training quality.
 
The House of Training and its international activities
The ATTF (Agence de Transfert de Technologie Financière) has joined the House of Training on 1 January 2016, bringing with it a significant international dimension.

Vision
To be the partner of choice for the Luxembourg state, in the field of knowledge transfer from its economy to its selected (development) partner countries.

Missions
Technical assistance through government funding in financial matters to ca. 55 partner institutions in 40+ countries
A social mission to strengthen the financial structure in the countries of its partners, support development and to fight poverty and / or highlighting Luxembourg’s finance expertise 
Training, consultancy and coaching programmes (abroad and in Luxembourg), many of which include certifications
Experts–Industry partnerships, rich network, Luxembourg knowledge, and teaching background
